| Research Summary |
As a genetics student in a time of big data, I am particularly interested in obtaining new understanding of biological systems using data analysis techniques. My current work focuses on integrating various statistical and machine learning approaches to evaluate immunogenicity data sets, where I am looking for the most favored methods in terms of model performance, feature selection, and ability to support mechanistic biological insights. I am also a backpacker, a geek-maniac, a foodie with cooking talent, and a collaborative caretaker of my housemate's guinea pigs COCO & NUT. |
